Hi, day two of my new obsession - doodling.  Apparently I've caught a bug, and I'm loving it.

I experimented with putting depth to my flowers. The first thing I tried was a silver and gold embellishment but it wasn't giving me the look I was after.

 Next a soft pencil moved around with a ??? - round paper thingy.  

I think that looks dirty.  So I rubbed the pencil out and tried coloured pencils.

Better - still not where I want it.  Oh well, I've made a start on my blog Yay!!

A New Adventure into Blogging

Hi, not only am I learning to draw, paint, create, etc, etc, I'm now also learning to blog.

There we go.  First photo of a not too good doodle of flowers.  Tomorrow I will post it again once I have figured out how to 'deepen' it.  

The photograph is not so good either.  Have you ever tried taking one with a Kindle HD tablet?  You have to nearly stand on your head as it only has a 'selfie' camera :)
